TAtterhood

Tatterhood is an old Norwegian folktale - full of adventure, surprising plot twists, and brave heroines. I first discovered the story in my early teens, during one of many after-school afternoons at the downtown Madison (WI) Public Library. I loved the story and always remembered it. 35 years later, I decided to study the tale and illustrate it as part of my MFA Thesis project at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
